ID8t LLC, doing business as Seda RE, uses the providers below to run the Service. Each is bound by a written contract that limits its use of personal information to providing services to us and requires it to protect that information. Providers of customer content are also prohibited from using it to train or fine-tune AI models. This page is the current subprocessor list referred to in our Customer Subscription Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
Notice of changes. Customers get at least 30 days' notice before a new or replacement subprocessor processes Covered Data (Customer Subscription Agreement, Schedule A, Section A4.2). Only where a subprocessor must be replaced urgently to protect security or keep the Service running may we replace it on shorter notice, and we then notify customers within 3 business days.
01 · Providers of customer content
These subprocessors process Covered Data, meaning personal information in customer content that we process on a customer's behalf (Schedule B of the Customer Subscription Agreement).

03 · Not subprocessors
SkySlope, its signing service and any CRM are platforms you connect and use under your own agreements. They handle information under their own terms and privacy policies, and they are not our service providers. If you sign in with Apple or Google, they process your sign-in under their own terms. Apple delivers the app's notifications, and Apple's maps service suggests addresses as you type or speak them.
